Where is Brioche Burger and what are the opening hours?
We are in Chiang Mai — tap the map button on this site for directions. We open Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 23:00, and Friday to Sunday 12:00 to 01:00.
What beef do you use?
We use graded premium Thai wagyu beef, grilled one patty at a time when you order. Nothing is cooked in advance, so the patty is still juicy when it reaches you.
Why brioche buns?
Brioche is enriched with butter, so it is soft and fragrant — and crucially it holds our sauces without going soggy before you finish. It is the best match for our wagyu and house sauces.
What if I do not eat beef?
We serve a crispy fried chicken burger at 189 baht and BBQ pork ribs at 399 baht. For sides we have french fries at 60 baht and onion rings at 80 baht.
Can I order takeaway or delivery?
Every item is available for takeaway — order at the shop or call ahead on 085-687-8199. For delivery apps, please ask us at the shop.
Is there parking?
We are right on the street, so motorbikes can park in front. For cars, please ask us first.
The grill is on. Come and get one.
